1. Material and Selection
- Source of crocodile skin: the use of artificially farmed ** American alligator abdominal skin ** (i.e., the “bamboo pattern” area), this part of the skin is soft, regular texture, is the first choice of material for luxury leather goods.  
-TANNING PROCESS: Adopting the **light coating dyeing process** to preserve the natural texture and pore details of crocodile skin, avoiding the masking of texture by the heavy coating method, ensuring that the leather surface is delicate to the touch and forming a natural pulp over time.  
- Rarity and loss: Only the best narrow part of the crocodile's abdomen is used, and the loss rate is as high as 30%-50%, emphasizing the preciousness.
2. Handmade craftsmanship
- Cutting and Sewing: Precisely cut according to the design drawings, hand-stitched using **traditional saddle stitch**, even and firm stitching, with waxed thread to enhance durability.  
-Edge treatment: after many times of sanding and sealing oil treatment, the edges are smooth and rounded to enhance the overall texture.  
- THICKNESS & FLEXIBILITY: The thickness of the belt is about 3.0-3.5mm, taking into account the stiffness and flexibility, fitting the waist curve.

3. High-grade alloy buckle design
Material: The buckle head is plated with 316L stainless steel, the surface is mirror polished or brushed, corrosion-resistant and long-lasting luster.
